Will the Thai text come out right?
Thai in the Word file is real text. If some pages are scanned pictures, or tone marks couldn't be read, you're told.
How are conversions counted?
On Free, they share the 5-a-month allowance with downloads; failed conversions don't count. Pro includes 100 Word/Excel conversions a month.
